Terms of Service

1. Services

Salonbookly is a cloud-based salon management platform built for beauty businesses, including but not limited to:

• Point of Sale (POS)
• Customer Check-In
• Appointment Management
• Staff Management
• Payroll
• Reporting
• CRM
• Gift Cards
• Marketing Tools
• Payment Processing (where applicable)

Salonbookly may modify, improve, add, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain current business information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify Salonbookly immediately of unauthorized account access.

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Salonbookly offers monthly subscription plans.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle.
• Charges are billed to your selected payment method.
• Promotional pricing may expire.
• Subscription pricing may change with advance notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Payment Processing

Merchants applying for Salonbookly Payments are subject to underwriting and approval by our payment processing partners.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Merchant accounts may be suspended or terminated if required by our processing partners, card brands, financial institutions, or applicable laws.

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Partial months are not prorated.
• SMS credit purchases are non-refundable.
• Optional add-on purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws.
• Attempt unauthorized system access.
• Upload malware or malicious software.
• Reverse engineer any part of the platform.
• Disrupt or interfere with platform security.
• Use Salonbookly to send unlawful or unauthorized communications.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, documentation, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Bizbookly LLC d/b/a Salonbookly.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Services.

8. Service Availability

Salonbookly strives to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Scheduled maintenance, software updates, and unexpected outages may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizbookly LLC d/b/a Salonbookly shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during the previous twelve (12) months.

10. Termination

Salonbookly may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Violate applicable laws
• Create unreasonable risk to the platform or payment partners

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
